Our women's circles are a way to create sacred space in the midst of our busy and sometimes trying lives. We come together to connect authentically through meaningful conversation. As one of my favorite authors, Elizabeth Lesser, founder of the Omega Institute says, "We long to know each other soul to soul." We are wired for social connection. These circles benefit our emotional, spiritual, and mental well being by bringing women together to bond in meaningful and intentional ways.

You will have fun first and foremost! All while feeling supported, encouraged, appreciated, and loved for exactly as you are in this moment. You have a unique gift to offer this world and we need you! We will breathe together, learn mindfulness practices, write, make art, and most importantly, share from our hearts. Taking time for self-reflection, self-acceptance, and self-care in a secure and supportive environment often leads to powerful insights, inspiration and transformative healing, leaving you with a lasting sense of ease and peace.
During these circles we allow time for creative expression knowing that the more time we allow for creativity, the freer and more inspired, alive, and grateful we feel! And gratitude leads to joy. And joy leads to diminished stress and pent up emotions in our body.
The mindfulness practices we learn (meditation, pausing, stillness, breathing) help us feel less overwhelmed and more in control of our emotions and the choices available to us.
When we show up and commit to a group it makes us responsible and accountable not only to ourselves but the other people in the room. As Brene Brown says, "The willingness to show up changes us, it makes us a little braver each time." And when we heal and grow, we invite those around us to heal and grow too!
While we may be working toward creating change in our lives, we also practice radical acceptance, learning to appreciate the life we are currently living. "The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change., said the psychologist, Carl Rogers
