Hi there!

Thanks for being here. Where to begin?

I started this blog in 2013 as a creative experiment and as a way to connect with like-minded people in an honest and lighthearted way. I write about the meaty, messy, meaningful, and sacred, and I don’t believe in TMI (too much information).

I’m a wife and mom to three kids, a dog, and a cat who may be part bunny and part sugar glider. I’m an avid reader and writer and consider myself a highly sensitive person. I deal with anxiety from time to time (ok fine, most of the time), and while I’ve never been officially diagnosed with ADHD, I am quite certain I have it. Look, a cardinal!

In addition to my love of writing and journaling, which I have been doing since the age of nine, I prefer to be outside whenever possible. I love traveling to new places, facilitating women’s circles, dancing, making up songs, having coffee with friends, hanging with my family, napping, watching movies, taking meandering walks, looking at flowers and stars, and being in water. I love to laugh, make sourdough bread, and eat (especially pasta!).

Since completing my MA in Transpersonal Psychology in 2014, I have been a personal life coach and facilitator of women’s circles here in Tampa, Florida.

About Lindsay Bomstein

I believe strongly in the power of people coming together in groups to share and listen. I find that when women gather with a shared intention in a community that prioritizes mental, emotional, and physical safety as well as inclusivity and warmth, magic happens.

When we share authentically and listen openly, we unleash a great, healing energy that not only helps heal our wounds but helps others heal too. We are not alone and life is much more enjoyable when we do it together!

My areas of interest include but are not limited to, loss, grief, and mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. I’m an ongoing student of spirituality, positive and somatic psychology, creative expression, mindfulness, Zen Buddhism, self-love, compassion, and human growth and development.

My approach to facilitating circles is to help women access the unique wisdom they have within. Together, we tap into our guidance and cultivate a space conducive to building confidence, clarity, and well-being. It is both in accepting the life we already live and creating the life we yearn to live where we find vitality and balance. No matter what, there is always more right with us than wrong. We are so much more than our diagnoses, flaws, traumas, and circumstances. And we are whole and worthy of living vibrant lives of peace, personal freedom, profound joy, and deep connection.

Feel free to sign up to read blog posts and stay in the loop about upcoming writing workshops, circles, and retreats. I sincerely hope to see you soon! Please reach out if you have any questions or want to connect.

May you always find something to smile about!

Warmly,

Lindsay
