Sacred Women's Circles

Women’s Sacred Soul Circles are intentional containers for community and connection through creative expression, mindfulness practices, and meaningful conversation among a group of seven to ten women. Together, we cultivate more authentic, loving, freeing, healing, joyful, and sacred space to be, feel, and grow. Using various guided practices such as journaling, meditation and breathwork, we diminish stress, heal isolation and boost overall emotional, spiritual, and mental well-being.

During our six-week sessions, we gather weekly to create authentic connection. Circles bring about more laughter, inspiration, communal support and magic into our lives. Additionally, the work we do together allows us to show up in all of our relationships with more compassion, appreciation, and joy.

”We long to know each other soul to soul.”
~ Elizabeth Lesser, founder of the Omega Institute

When we show up and commit to a circle, it makes us responsible and accountable not only to ourselves but the other people in the circle. As Brene Brown says, "The willingness to show up changes us, it makes us a little braver each time." And when we heal and grow, we invite those around us to heal and grow too!

what is a circle?

First and foremost, we have fun. All while feeling supported, encouraged, appreciated, and loved for exactly where you are in this moment. You have a unique gift to offer this world and we need you here! We’ll breathe together, learn mindfulness practices, write, make art, and most importantly, share from our hearts. Taking time for self-reflection, self-acceptance, and self-care in a secure and supportive environment often leads to powerful insights, inspiration, and transformative healing, leaving you with an uplifting sense of ease and peace.

During our sacred soul circles we allow time for creative expression through guided journaling, collaging, and painting. Sometimes, we even sing and dance!

The mindfulness practices we learn (meditation, pausing, stillness, breathing) help us feel less overwhelmed and more in control of our emotions and the choices available to us.

When we show up and commit to a circle, it makes us responsible and accountable not only to ourselves but the other people in the room. As Brene Brown says, "The willingness to show up changes us, it makes us a little braver each time." And when we heal and grow, we invite those around us to heal and grow too!

While we may be working toward creating change in our lives, we also practice radical acceptance, learning to appreciate the life we are currently living. "The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change,”said famed psychologist, Carl Rogers

If you feel a longing or call to go within, these circles are for you. If you are scared but also curious, craving something new and different, these circles are for you. If you just want to relax and have a little fun, these circles are for you. I invite you to come and see for yourself!

what to expect in your sacred women’s circle

  • Joy is at the center of all that we do together.

  • Feel supported, encouraged, appreciated, and loved for exactly as you are in this moment.

  • Get to show up as your full authentic self. You are filled with unique gifts, and we already love you!

  • Write, make art, and share from your heart.

  • Practice mindfulness. Through meditation, pausing, stillness, and breath you will feel less overwhelmed and more in control of your emotions and the choices available to you.

  • Show up each week and commit to your fellow circle of women.

  • Practice radical acceptance even as you navigate change. Even as you work towards creating change in your life, it is important to appreciate the life you are currently living. “The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” ~ Carl Rogers, Psychologist

  • Have time for self-reflection, self-acceptance, and self-care in a secure and supportive environment.

  • Create space for powerful insights, inspiration, and transformative healing.

  • Leave each circle with a sense of uplifting peace, empowerment and inspired presence. This will help you re-enter your everyday life and learn to cope with stress and pent-up emotions in your body which is hugely beneficial for your nervous system.
