chicken with wine

My favorite dish as a child was my mom's chicken with wine. I would always have seconds and maybe thirds or fourths. That salty creamy sauce was a dream come true. On my birthday I would request it for dinner with cheesecake or Grasshopper Surprise for dessert. It is an easy recipe but for some reason no matter how many times I make it, it never tastes as good. That's the thing with moms, there are just some things they do better and no one can ever take their place.
